This Privacy Policy describes the practices of Alpha Software LLC ("Alpha Software," "we," "us," or "our"), which wholly owns and operates the AI Parlay brand, mobile applications ("Apps"), and this website. AI Parlay is designed so that you can use the Apps and this website without identifying yourself. There is no login, no account, and no user profile. For our purposes, you are anonymous.

We do not track you, we do not use analytics to monitor your activity, and we do not store information about you.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect personal information through the Apps or this website. In particular, we do not collect, request, or store:

• Email addresses, usernames, or passwords — the Apps have no login or account system
• Your location, GPS data, or location derived from an IP address
• Device identifiers, advertising IDs, or other unique device IDs
• Analytics, usage, or behavioral data about how you use the Apps or website
• Crash reports, profiles, or other records tied to you as an individual

The only information we may receive is what you choose to send us yourself (for example, if you email us a question). We do not use that contact to build a user profile, and it is not required to use the Apps.

The Apps may be distributed through the Apple App Store and Google Play. Those platforms operate independently and may collect information under their own privacy policies. That collection is not performed by AI Parlay and is not used by us to identify you.

We do not use analytics tools, advertising pixels, tracking cookies, or similar technologies to monitor you on this website or in the Apps.

The Apps do not access your location, do not read a device ID for tracking, and do not use third-party analytics SDKs to record your activity.

We do not maintain a database of user accounts, profiles, or personal information. There is no stored user record for us to secure because we do not create one.

If you contact us by email, we treat that correspondence with reasonable care. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
